Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and employees after hours with a professional demeanor.
- Monitor building security systems and maintain accurate access control logs.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Perform night audit duties, including verifying daily reports and balancing cash drawers.
- Ensure common areas, lobbies, and restrooms are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
- Assist with emergency procedures and liaise with on-call management if necessary.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment, phones, and computer software (Microsoft Office).
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
