Your Mission:
As our Weekend Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, handle high volumes of calls, and support our administrative staff with essential tasks to keep our office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains organized and tidy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
