Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, screening and directing calls efficiently.
- Monitor building security by verifying visitor badges and managing access control logs.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate reception logs and records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established safety protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
