Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide general information to visitors and direct them to meeting rooms or offices.
- Handle any special requests or emergency situations with poise and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
