Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and routing inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Maintain office inventory and manage the procurement of office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and the organization of digital and physical filing systems.
- Support special projects and event planning as needed by the executive team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to the Milwaukee area.
