Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate security protocols and access control for after-hours personnel
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and facility access
- Collaborate with overnight security and maintenance teams
- Prepare daily reports and operational summaries for management
- Ensure reception area remains secure, clean, and well-stocked
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
