Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and client communications with professionalism
- Perform accurate data entry for CRM systems and client databases
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with document preparation and report formatting using MS Office Suite

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
