- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in various databases and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents to ensure easy access for the morning shift team.
- Communication Support: Manage incoming emails and occasional phone inquiries during business hours to ensure no messages are missed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Report Generation: Compile daily reports and summary data for management review.
- General Office Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning workstations and ensuring the office is secure before leaving.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or data entry position is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type with high accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and error-free documentation.
