Responsibilities
- Manage office operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM), including security protocols and facility oversight
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and after-hour client inquiries
- Perform comprehensive data entry, record maintenance, and document management tasks
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless workflow transitions and handover processes
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate office inventory systems
- Ensure office cleanliness, equipment functionality, and emergency preparedness
- Support executive team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and confidential document handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
