Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate office schedules and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation materials
- Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential documentation
- Support event coordination and meeting preparations
- Act as primary liaison for building management and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front-desk experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
