- Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and prepare confidential documents.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Support various departmental projects as needed, including report generation and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment.
