Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, ensuring urgent matters are escalated immediately.
- Greet visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel entering the facility with a warm demeanor.
- Monitor building security systems, including access control and surveillance cameras.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and security systems.
