Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing expense reports and invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors, resolving inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
