Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining digital records and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, taking accurate messages, and managing email inquiries.
- Assist with general office administration, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Update and verify customer information in our database to ensure our records are current and error-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
