Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including answering phones, routing calls, and greeting visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 99% accuracy in database updates and filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, including memos, reports, and correspondence, using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, managing calendars and preparing agendas for senior leadership.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adherence to company protocols.
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately within the accounting system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
