Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management with precision.
- Communication Hub: Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and local community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
