Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and executive calendar management
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and package deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding logistics for new hires
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
