- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to maintain an organized records system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for executive leadership.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records of company documents.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
