Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all incoming guests and visitors.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely and organized manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using digital calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Greet and direct vendors, delivery personnel, and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
