Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line telephones with a professional tone.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support for the office.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
