- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle internal and external correspondence efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting rooms, set up audio-visual equipment, and provide general support during meetings.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and coordinate security as needed.
