- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Help manage the calendar for executives and schedule appointments for the office.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
