Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional first impression to all visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Manage Communications: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and distribute information efficiently.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and client information into our database systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist with ordering office supplies and managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
