Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Managing the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized reception space.
- Scanning, filing, and distributing incoming mail and internal documents.
- Assisting with basic data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital calendars.
- Providing accurate information to callers and visitors in a timely and polite manner.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience necessary. We are looking for trainees!
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
