Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate complex calendar scheduling and meeting logistics for executives
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments efficiently
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of executive-level receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
