Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors and screening calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule meetings across departments
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and package logistics
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support administrative projects with data management and document preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years in corporate reception or executive support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
