Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and prioritize competing demands
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, and conferences from concept to execution
- Implement and maintain confidential record-keeping systems
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance team productivity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
