Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate departmental events, off-sites, and team-building activities.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
