- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex domestic/international travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Assist in project coordination and event planning for company initiatives
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
