Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties or taking detailed messages.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist with project management tasks, event coordination, and special projects as needed.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items during meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
