Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Greet and assist guests, vendors, and clients with a high level of customer service and etiquette.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain the corporate calendar to avoid conflicts.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting as needed.
Qualifications
