- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and courier services.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases using company software.
- Office Coordination: Assist in ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
