Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to our Albuquerque office with a warm, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals using a multi-line system.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule, confirm, and maintain appointment calendars for staff members and clients.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and guests by answering questions and resolving inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
