Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments with a polite and efficient manner.
- Screen and route emails, handling inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage the company calendar.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
