- Manage professional reception desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries

- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory management
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic clerical tasks
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee communications

Qualifications
