Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our digital database systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist the administrative team with general office duties, including answering phones, sorting mail, and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare basic reports and invoices by compiling and sorting data.
- Perform data entry audits to identify and correct errors before files are finalized.
- Support team members with ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
