Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and distribute incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
