Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, mail, and correspondence with professionalism and speed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Perform general data entry tasks, maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and vendors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
