Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage executive calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and vendor relationship coordination.

Qualifications
