- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily/weekly reports for department heads
- Coordinate calendar management and meeting logistics
- Process invoices and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Maintain digital filing systems with version control
- Support HR onboarding documentation workflows
- Collaborate with IT on data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 99.5% accuracy
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
- Advanced typing skills (75+ WPM with 0 errors)
