Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming calls professionally while taking detailed messages
- Greet and assist visitors with check-in procedures and directional support
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99% accuracy in document retrieval
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with tracking protocols
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and formatting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to maintain composure during peak office hours
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional off-site errands
