- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and hard copy, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Office Support: Assist with inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and general clerical duties to keep operations running smoothly.
- Event Coordination: Support weekend events or special projects by managing logistics and attendee communications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
