- Process 50+ daily transactions across CRM and inventory systems
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, mail, and supply management
- Generate weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Support client communications via email and phone with professional etiquette
- Collaborate with finance team on invoice processing and expense tracking
- Implement new filing systems and document protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute typing speed
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in office administration
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive data environments
