Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify customer and product data into our centralized database systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in daily office operations, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all entered data to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office assistance is preferred.
- High typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency in 10-key data entry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte office location.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
