Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into various database systems and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with a professional tone.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries from collected data.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and proofreading documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Administrative Assistant.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
