Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor, taking accurate messages and routing calls efficiently.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings to ensure smooth office operations.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and perform light data entry tasks as required.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general information about our services to ensure high satisfaction.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, restock supplies, and ensure office equipment is in working order.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Demeanor: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and approachable personality.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
