Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy into our internal database systems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Compose and distribute emails, memos, letters, and reports.
- Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Process customer invoices and handle basic accounting inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting while maintaining a professional demeanor.
