Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and external client appointments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Handle expense reports and assist with general office supply management.
- Collaborate with the New York office team to ensure consistent communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
