Responsibilities
- Schedule & Coordination: Manage complex calendars, book travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings for the executive team with precision.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Office Operations: Maintain a well-organized office environment, manage inventory for office supplies, and oversee vendor relations.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update data into company databases and CRM systems; generate weekly performance reports.
- Client & Guest Relations: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Support Specialist.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
