Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, including greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone system professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, memos, and correspondence to internal teams.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for department heads and ensure calendars are up to date.
- Assist with inventory tracking, ordering office supplies, and coordinating vendor services.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Clerk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
